Always ahead of her time, Karine began her career in the field at the age of 11 as an assistant in a beauty salon, where she quickly fell in love with this universe, becoming a professional makeup artist before she even reached the age of majority.

Today, more than 20 years later, of which the last 10 years were spent exclusively working in micropigmentation, Karine's work is recognized worldwide as a master trainer in lip and eyebrow micropigmentation, with over six thousand procedures performed in her professional background. She is the developer of the “CC LIPS - Color Correcting” method of lip micropigmentation and also of the CC BROWS method of shaded eyebrow micropigmentation.

A technical educator, speaker at major conferences and seminars, with work recognized worldwide as “World Top 10 2019" by World Wide in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Awarded at “Amiea Talents Brazil" and member of the master's body.

Today, she has consolidated work in education in the area through her academy that bears her own name, the Karine Garonce Academy, with permanent operations in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo-SP, training new professionals and developing market specialists through her competitive specialization courses, with thousands of students spread all over the world.
